Albergue instalado en el edificio de Itzandegia, heredero de la institución hospitalaria que hacia 1127 fundó en Roncesvalles el obispo de Pamplona a instancias de Alfonso el Batallador para atender a los peregrinos que cruzaban los Pirineos. Tras su restauración reciente acometida por el Gobierno de Navarra, ofrece instalaciones y servicios al peregrino dentro del conjunto histórico de Orreaga/Roncesvalles.
