Before taking part
The Peregrinia community is only for people aged 18 or over. Taking part means treating others as fellow pilgrims, respecting boundaries and accepting that anyone may change their plans or leave a group.
What we expect
- Speak respectfully, describe your plans honestly and distinguish personal experience from confirmed information.
- Keep sensitive coordination within the group and ask permission before sharing another person's photos, name, messages, phone number, accommodation or location.
- In women-only groups, respect each person's stated identity and do not use this preference to demand intimate information or invasive checks.
- Professionals must identify themselves and use their designated spaces; covert advertising is not allowed in questions, journals, reviews or groups.
Not allowed
We do not tolerate threats, harassment, sexual pressure, discrimination, hate, impersonation, scams, spam, review manipulation, illegal content, third-party data shared without permission or instructions that create an immediate risk.
Reporting, blocking and leaving
Reporting sends the content and reason to moderation. Blocking quietly separates both people across search, profiles, groups, requests and conversations. Leaving a group ends your participation; you do not have to justify it to its members.
How we moderate
Reports have a queue, status and priority. We aim to review safety incidents within 24 hours and all others within 72 hours when administrative capacity allows; these are not guaranteed emergency response times. A single report does not automatically remove legitimate content.
We may warn, limit visibility, remove content, suspend participation, remove someone from the community or block an account. Removed content can be reviewed for 30 days. Contact Peregrinia if you want to provide context or request a review.
