Se corresponde con el albergue juvenil municipal Ulia Aterpetxea, en la ladera del monte Ulía de San Sebastián, a unos 200 metros de altitud y a 20 minutos a pie de la playa de la Zurriola. Tiene 13 habitaciones y fue el primer albergue de Euskadi en obtener la etiqueta ecológica europea, generando gran parte de su energía mediante placas solares. Admite mascotas y permite reservas tanto individuales como grupales.
