Funciona mediante donativo (sin coste fijo) y está abierto todo el año en horario de 15:00 a 22:00. Inaugurado en 2008, el edificio de tres plantas cuenta con ascensor y ofrece servicios como cocina, lavadero, Wi-Fi, desayuno gratuito, comedor, accesibilidad y calefacción.
